Filters are great for folks with skin or hair problems.I recommend you shower with a filter.Easy to change, and easy to back-wash.Back-washing is when you take the filter out and flip it around and put it back in the shower head and turn on the water to flush out the particles, etc.
It's easy, it's good for you and it works.
