(More customer reviews)I was thinking from the price that this would be a fairly sturdy product. In all fairness the water supply and shut offs were metal with very nice finish. The shower heads however were a huge disappointment!
The shower heads are all plastic and function very poorly even after the 2.5 gpm restrictors have been removed. I can't even get decient water flow when I turn off one of the heads and they're a joke to try and adjust. I felt better about my lego houses chances of staying together. Although the metal part are nice and heavy they also have their issues. They are threaded in a way that make it virtually impossible to get them to land tight where you want them tight which means they tend to loosen in your hand when you go to adjust the heads.
I called and asked about returning the product but was told there would be a 25% restock fee (seemed a little high to me) so I guess I'll just keep them until I can find a better product. Another shame on me lesson! Never buy anything without reading a review first. You may not get the "new" item but you'll get burned less and your moneys worth more often.
The seller did get them right out to me and they were packaged nicely. Will I buy from them again? Not any product that I want to get water out of that's for sure!
