(More customer reviews)While this might be a newer model of the Waterpik six setting showerhead, it doesn't necessarily means it is better. On the contrary. Unlike previous models, the tightening nut on the mounting bracket is there for decorative purposes only - the whole bracket is basically a one piece. Unfortunately, the factory seal is not good and the mounting bracket leaks. Not only that, but as a result of the poor seal, the mobile part of the mounting bracket (where you're supposed to rest the showerhead) can't hold its position when the showerhead is put in place and drops down when the showerhead is mounted.
The showerhead barely fits in its bracket lock - far from having a secure hold. Because the mount keeps swinging around, usually the showerhead ends up falling down when one least expects it.
And then there is the cheap, cheap made in china plastic construction. Far from having the compact and tight feel one would want in a showerhead, this feels more like a bunch of parts aiming to stay close together - the ring feels so loose it seems that it'll come off any second. As a result, the slightest bump changes the ring shower setting, which can be irritating and finally convince one to write reviews on Amazon.
